Job Summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Manager to join our Singapore team. In this role, you will partner closely with the Singapore sales organization to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that generate demand, build pipeline, and accelerate business growth.


You will work closely with global and regional marketing teams to align and adapt marketing campaigns for the Singapore market, driving continued success in new business development, customer engagement, and market expansion.


Reporting to the Senior Director, Regional Marketing, you will play a key role in developing and executing the Singapore marketing plan, driving demand generation, and ensuring marketing investments translate into measurable pipeline and business outcomes.


Success in this role requires an analytical and commercially minded marketer with strong demand generation, campaign management, and project management capabilities. You will need to be highly collaborative and comfortable working across sales, partners, global marketing, and regional stakeholders.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute the Singapore marketing plan in partnership with sales and business leaders, aligned to key business priorities.
  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns that build pipeline among targeted prospects and customers in Singapore.
  • Plan and deliver a mix of digital and field marketing programs, including events, webinars, email, web, social media, advertising, content, and other targeted campaigns.
  • Partner closely with Singapore sales teams to understand business priorities, target accounts, market opportunities, and pipeline requirements, and translate these into effective marketing programs.
  • Align Singapore marketing activities with global and regional marketing strategies and campaigns, adapting messaging and programs to suit local market needs.
  • Own demand generation performance across the funnel, including leads, MQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Coordinate and localize global campaigns to ensure relevant messaging, content, and execution for the Singapore market.
  • Build strong relationships with sales, channel partners, technology alliances, and other stakeholders to gain market insights and align marketing investments with business priorities.
  • Develop and execute partner marketing programs that enable channel and alliance partners to contribute to pipeline generation and business growth.
  • Identify, manage, and coordinate resources for local events and measure their effectiveness against business objectives.
  • Work closely with global and regional marketing teams, sales, and partners to optimize lead quality, nurture prospects, and improve conversion.
  • Manage external marketing agencies and vendors to ensure effective, timely, and cost-efficient delivery of marketing programs.
  • Identify and execute digital marketing opportunities in collaboration with digital and social media teams, and track campaign performance.
  • Use market, campaign, and sales data to identify opportunities for optimization and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Localize global marketing content, messaging, and assets to ensure relevance to Singapore customers and partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with strong experience in demand generation, integrated campaigns, field marketing, or pipeline generation.
  • Proven experience developing and executing lead generation and demand generation programs in the B2B technology, software, SaaS, or cybersecurity industry.
  • Experience partnering closely with sales teams and translating business priorities into measurable marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel, including lead generation, MQLs, pipeline creation, conversion, and ROI.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Experience across digital marketing channels, including email, social media, web, paid media, and virtual/in-person events.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, agencies, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling messaging for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of the enterprise technology and IT landscape; experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software is a plus.
  • Ability to develop differentiated messaging and positioning that clearly communicates value to customers and differentiates Palo Alto Networks from competitors.
