Terms of Service
Last updated: [YOUR DATE]. Template — review before publishing.
1. What DoableFromHome is
DoableFromHome (“the service”) lists remote tech roles published by third-party companies and estimates, per country, whether a role can be done from there. The estimate is informational: the hiring company decides who it can employ. Listings, locations and verdicts can be wrong or out of date.
2. Who provides it
The service is operated by Daniel Pietersen, [YOUR ADDRESS], Austria (“we”). See the Impressum.
3. Accounts
You can browse without an account. An account (Google sign-in or an emailed sign-in link) unlocks the full list, personal marks and email alerts. You are responsible for the email address you sign in with. You can delete your account at any time under Settings; this removes your account data as described in the privacy notice.
4. Acceptable use
Don't scrape, bulk-download, resell or republish the listings, overload the service, or try to access other people's accounts or admin functions. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Third-party sites
Job links lead to the hiring companies' own pages. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
6. No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided free of charge and “as is”. To the extent permitted by Austrian law, we exclude liability for slight negligence and for indirect or consequential loss; liability for intent, gross negligence and personal injury is unaffected. We don't guarantee that any role is actually available to you.
7. Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue the service and these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site; continued use after that counts as acceptance.
8. Law and venue
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Sales Convention. For consumers, mandatory protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. Venue: [YOUR COURT / CITY], Austria, where permissible.
