ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative, trend-driven and innovative Senior Textile Designer to join our Cotton On Kids team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating original textile prints, graphics and artworks that bring our brand DNA to life and resonate with our customer. Working closely with Design, Trend and Buying teams, you will translate seasonal direction, customer insights and emerging trends into commercially relevant and exciting print concepts across multiple product categories.
You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our ranges through strong creative execution, visual storytelling and a deep understanding of the Cotton On Kids customer. Balancing creativity with commercial awareness, you will deliver high-quality, production-ready artwork that supports product performance while remaining authentic, trend-right and uniquely on brand.

- Proven experience designing textile prints, graphics and artwork within a fashion retail environment.
- A strong eye for colour, trend, typography, composition and visual storytelling.
- Ability to translate customer, cultural and trend insights into commercially successful design outcomes.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of print and production processes, with the ability to prepare accurate, production-ready artwork.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical path deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating cross-functionally with Design, Trend and Buying teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to balance creativity with commercial outcomes.
- A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for creating exciting products that customers love.
- Tertiary qualifications in Textile Design, Graphic Design, Fashion Design or a related discipline.
- Previous experience within kidswear, youth fashion or a customer-focused retail brand will be highly regarded.
