Job description
We're looking for an Account Executive Pro to join our growing team, based in Paris, France.
We are looking for a highly motivated, quota-driven individual to join our Account Executive team and drive growth primarily across the Italian market, with additional opportunities across other international markets.
This is a high-volume, efficiency-focused role where you will qualify inbound leads, close deals quickly with our packaged PRO offering, and build momentum through a strong pipeline.
You will own the full conversion process for your segment, driving revenue growth while maintaining the quality of relationships that turn customers into long-term advocates. Your ability to balance volume, velocity, and sound escalation judgment will be key to your success in this role at Brevo.
Your impact at Brevo:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, active listening, and tailored solutions. Respond to inquiries with clarity and professionalism while adapting to client feedback and evolving needs.
- Drive the full sales cycle : outreach on warm leads, qualification, demo, negotiation and closing. Deliver compelling, benefit-focused product presentations. Use persuasive communication to convey value and secure commitments.
- Update your pipe and be an ambassador of our sales CRM. Ensure fast treatment of incoming leads and strong sales velocity. Ensure accurate sales forecasting, CRM hygiene, and timely stakeholder updates across departments.
- Build a deep understanding of Brevo’s platform, features, and add-ons. Map product capabilities to the needs of different Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), particularly within the mid-market segment.
- Proactively look for outreach & upgrade opportunities for our free or low-paying customer base. Maintain a healthy pipeline and drive continuous business growth.
- Some inbound leads will be a better fit for our Enterprise solutions. In those cases, the Account Executive shall qualify the lead and if appropriate, pass it along to the Enterprise AE. These will be jointly compensated opportunities.
Who you are:
- You have 2+ years of proven sales experience (previous BDR experience is a plus).
- You speak Italian at a native level and have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. Spanish is a big plus.
- You possess a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, both in complex sales environments and faster sales cycles.
- You are skilled at understanding and clearly pitching use cases, offering solutions, and finding workarounds when necessary, using the right industry vocabulary to drive adoption.
- You are results-driven and skilled at closing deals: creating urgency, communicating impact, and reinforcing value to drive the deal across the line
- You are agile, able to adapt to feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to build new systems and processes.
- You are genuinely curious, always seeking to understand people and their goals.
- You are hands-on, with a proactive mindset, eager to take on challenges and actively seek solutions in a dynamic, evolving environment.
