You will join IT & Cybersecurity, the function that ensures business continuity, security, and reliability across the entire TeamSystem ecosystem. We manage infrastructure, devices, networks, servers, internal applications, and tailored solutions, while also supporting the technology integration of companies joining the Group. In particular, you will be responsible for:


  • Contribute to Group-wide risk governance activities and coordinate external resources when required.
  • Lead risk treatment and mitigation plans, acting as a trusted advisor for business stakeholders, with a focus on payments and fintech.
  • Drive the implementation of the DORA Regulation and monitor risks related to ICT suppliers and supply chains.
  • Identify and assess Operational and ICT Risks, defining frameworks and methodologies at Group level.
  • Prepare periodic reports and analyze risk indicators to strengthen the internal control system.
  • Ensure ongoing alignment with industry standards and frameworks, including ISO, NIST, eIDAS, and other audit and risk-related certifications.

 

What skills are we looking for?​


  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT Risk or IT Governance roles within payments, fintech, or highly regulated environments, and 5+ years of overall experience in Internal Control, Auditing, or IT Risk Management.
  • Strong knowledge of international risk and security frameworks such as NIST CSF 2.0, COBIT, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, and CSA STAR.
  • Relevant certifications are considered a plus, including ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer, CRISC, CISA, COBIT, and CSA STAR.
  • Experience in cybersecurity assessments, including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, gap analysis, and IT Audits.
  • Solid knowledge of the DORA Regulation and related regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience managing projects, including scope, milestones, and risks, as well as implementing or reviewing security governance strategies and programs.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset, flexibility, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to travel when required.
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher, both written and spoken.
