Sales Associate 40-60% (m/f/d) – ALEMI Store Zürich

Your responsibilities

• Warmly welcoming customers and providing expert advice in the store
• Introducing and presenting our high-quality products
• Supporting sales and handling customer inquiries
• Ensuring an appealing product display in the store
• Assisting with inventory management and stock organisation
• Packing and shipping orders
• Carrying out minor bag repairs and helping customers with simple repairs
• Actively contributing to events and special promotions in the store
• Working on shopping Sundays during the Christmas season

Your profile

• A passion for sales and a helpful, customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication skills and a positive presence
• An interest in fashion, especially high-quality leather goods and handbags
• Flexibility in working hours and responsibilities
• A team player with a structured, solution-oriented approach
• A well-groomed appearance and a confident, professional manner
• Fluent German and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not essential

Working hours can be arranged flexibly but are based on the store's opening times. Occasional evening shifts (until around 8 pm) or other weekend shifts may also be required.
