As a Business/Pricing Product Manager, Flight Management Solutions, you will help shape the commercial strategy of CAE’s Flight Operations Solutions platform, Flightscape, with a primary focus on the Flight Plan Manager product.

This is a business-focused product management role. You will analyze customer contracts, pricing models, service-level agreements, product usage, revenue, and profitability to generate insights that support product and sales decisions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer pricing, product usage, revenue, costs, and profitability to identify trends, risks, and commercial opportunities.
  • Develop data-driven pricing insights and guidance to support Sales when evaluating opportunities with prospective customers.
  • Conduct statistical and financial analyses of customer, contract, and product data.
  • Translate customer insights and operational pain points into clear business and functional requirements.
  • Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning; write user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Support discovery activities such as interviews, demos, and data analysis to validate problem statements.
  • Collaborate with SCRUM teams to design and deliver functionality that adds measurable value for airline operations.
  • Prepare and run internal/external demos; capture feedback and convert it into actionable backlog items.
  • Maintain feature documentation and contribute to release notes.

Location & Travel

  • Kraków, Poland (Hybrid working approach: 3 days in the office).
  • Approximately 20% travel (domestic and international) for customer workshops and industry events.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in Business Analysis.
  • Experience or relevant knowledge of pricing, P&L or profitability
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to distill complex or ambiguous information into actionable requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cultures and time zones.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver results.
  • Full professional fluency in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or related field.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in Poland.

Base Pay Range

Our total rewards package includes base pay and benefits, with final compensation determined by experience, skill, location, and internal equity.

Base salary range: PLN 15,000–19,500 gross per month
