Vous avez dépassé le débat sur l’utilisation des outils de codage basés sur l’IA : vous les utilisez quotidiennement pour accroître votre productivité et livrer davantage, tout en apportant votre sens de l’architecture afin de concevoir des systèmes, orienter les agents et valider ce qu’ils construisent. Responsabilités : Développer des solutions d’IA agentiques pour les clients et Syntax à partir des composants fondamentaux : contexte, mémoire, garde-fous, appels d’outils / MCP, compétences et orchestration.

Concevoir le harness, le contexte et les boucles permettant aux agents d’effectuer de véritables tâches de développement, y compris des agents capables de créer des logiciels. Utiliser quotidiennement des outils de codage agentiques afin de maximiser la productivité, puis s’attaquer au prochain goulot d’étranglement du cycle de développement logiciel (SDLC).

Orienter les agents grâce à une expertise en architecture logicielle et valider leurs résultats — notamment les API hallucinéеs, les dépendances à risque et les régressions de sécurité. Évaluer et intégrer les nouveaux outils d’IA émergents dans les pratiques de Syntax. Assurer la responsabilité de la livraison de bout en bout et communiquer clairement les spécifications, les décisions et les obstacles.

Qualifications : Solide formation en ingénierie logicielle avec des logiciels de production que vous avez conçus, livrés et dont vous avez assuré la responsabilité. Diplôme en informatique / génie informatique, 7+ ans d’expérience, dont 5+ ans en Python. Solides compétences en architecture et en conception de systèmes — décomposer un problème ambigu, concevoir la solution et guider des humains ou des agents pour la construire.

Utilisation quotidienne et maîtrisée d’outils de codage agentiques (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot). Maîtrise des composants fondamentaux de l’IA agentique : contexte, mémoire, garde-fous, appels d’outils / MCP et compétences. Capacité de jugement permettant de valider les résultats produits par l’IA — API hallucinéеs, dépendances à risque et régressions de sécurité.

Excellentes aptitudes en communication, rédaction précise des spécifications et maîtrise de Git. Remarque : il s’agit d’un poste de développement logiciel, et non de recherche ou de modélisation en apprentissage automatique (ML). Atouts supplémentaires : Expérience dans la livraison de bout en bout de systèmes agentiques en production ou d’applications propulsées par l’IA.

Senior Software Developer, AI Solutions (m/f/d) Syntax is looking for a senior software engineer — a builder first — for our AI Solutions team. This is a hands-on development role, not machine-learning research: you’ll build production agentic solutions for our customers and for Syntax from the building blocks of agentic systems — context, memory, guardrails, orchestration.

You’re past the debate about using AI coding tools — you use them daily to ship more — and you bring the architecture instinct to design systems, guide agents, and validate what they build.

Responsibilities:

Build agentic AI solutions for customers and Syntax from the core building blocks: context, memory, guardrails, tool calling / MCP, skills, and orchestration. Design the harness, context, and loops that let agents do real development — including agents that build software. Use agentic coding tools daily to maximize output, then attack the next bottleneck in the SDLC.

Steer agents with software-architecture direction and validate their output — hallucinated APIs, risky dependencies, security regressions. Evaluate and adopt emerging AI tooling into Syntax’s practices. Own delivery end to end and communicate clearly on specs, decisions, and roadblocks.

Qualifications:

Strong software-engineering foundation with production software you’ve built, shipped, and owned. CS/CE degree, 7+ years’ experience, 5+ in Python. Solid architecture and system design — decompose an ambiguous problem, design the solution, guide humans or agents to build it. Daily, fluent use of agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot). Fluency with the building blocks of agentic AI: context, memory, guardrails, tool calling / MCP, and skills.

Judgment to validate AI output — hallucinated APIs, risky dependencies, security regressions. Clear communication, precise specification writing, and Git proficiency. Note: this is a software development role, not ML research or modeling. Plus: Shipped production agentic systems or AI-powered applications end to end. Contributed to MCP servers/tools, eval frameworks, or agent-orchestration frameworks.
