What your tasks are : Establishment and leadership of a SAP Logistics (EWM, MM) team in Belgium and continuous development of team members’ skills Leading functional role with our customers within larger ERP projects focusing on Logistics Conducting customer workshops and presentations Responsibility for presales, identifying customer needs, and developing tailored solutions Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers Advice to customers within SAP EWM projects Support in the development of customer-specific enhancements Technical project responsibility in consulting and in meetings Execution of implementation, optimization and release change projects Leading client workshops and presentations Mentoring our young professionals and technical responsibility for consultants Continuous training of hard and soft skills What experience you should have: Several years of professional leadership experience in projects Disciplinary leadership experience desirable Independent, customer and solution-oriented work Excellent know-how in the SAP EWM module with more than 5 years of experience Knowledge of the MM and TM modules Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise High flexibility and willingness to travel Interest in open and constructive cooperation Business fluent in Dutch/French and English CNT stands for further development, career opportunities and prospects, as well as a family-friendly working environment.
