Job description
Position OverviewThe Reseller Success Account Manager (RSAM) at Brivo Inc. is not a traditional Customer Success role. Instead, it is a high-impact Strategic Advisor dedicated to the operational and commercial effectiveness of our partners. As an RSAM, you are the critical bridge between our sales teams and our resellers, focusing on training, product demonstrations, and operational support. Your mission is to help resellers understand the performance of their business and customers, drive business growth and retention by ensuring resellers are fully enabled and acting as their internal advocate to navigate complex account strategies and resolve roadblocks.
