Engineering Director

The Director of Engineering serves as the Head of Engineering for our Amsterdam office, leading multiple teams in designing and delivering new and enhanced products. This role is heavily focused on strategy, people leadership, and maintaining the strong, empathetic culture that defines our team. You will manage development projects from initial design through testing, while providing a clear vision and decisive technical direction across the department. You will operate as the primary escalation point and unblocker for technical and operational challenges and collaborate closely with a globally distributed workforce of full-time employees and contractors across overlapping time zones.
