Report Hub supports global financial institutions in meeting complex regulatory obligations, processing large volumes of critical data with precision and reliability.
About the Role As the Quality Assurance Lead , you will lead quality engineering across multiple delivery squads, driving testing strategy, automation, quality governance and continuous improvement. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture and Infrastructure teams to ensure the delivery of robust, scalable and high-performing solutions.
What You'll Do Define and execute the Quality Engineering strategy for Report Hub. Lead test automation initiatives and enhance testing frameworks. Oversee functional, integration, API, data and non-functional testing. Ensure quality practices are embedded within Agile and CI/CD delivery processes. Mentor and develop QA engineers while fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
Partner with senior stakeholders to manage quality risks and drive delivery outcomes.
