Job Summary

Ellit Groups is seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing and Claims Analyst to support the implementation, configuration, testing, and optimization of Epic Professional Billing, Charge Router, and Claims functionality. This role will work closely with operational, technical, and revenue cycle stakeholders to ensure system workflows and configurations support accurate charge capture, claims processing, and professional billing operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Epic Charge Router and Claims, along with a strong understanding of Professional Billing workflows. This individual must be able to support implementation activities throughout the project lifecycle, including design, build, testing, issue resolution, go-live preparation, and onsite go-live support. 

Travel: Expected travel is approximately once per month to align with Epic onsite activities, with up to four weeks onsite during go-live.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Epic Resolute Professional Billing Administration certification.
  • Current Epic Charge Router certification.
  • Current Epic Claims certification.
  • Advanced hands-on experience configuring and supporting Epic Charge Router functionality.
  • Advanced hands-on experience configuring and supporting Epic Claims functionality.
  • Strong understanding of Epic Resolute Professional Billing workflows and system configuration.
  • Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, optimizations, or system enhancements.
  • Experience developing and executing unit, integrated, and workflow-based test scripts.
  • Ability to analyze billing, charge routing, and claims issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Experience troubleshooting system configuration and workflow issues.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with revenue cycle leaders, operational stakeholders, application analysts, technical teams, and end users.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a primarily remote consulting environment.
  • Ability to travel approximately once per month to align with Epic onsite activities.
  • Ability to provide up to four weeks of onsite support during go-live.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large-scale Epic implementations or enterprise revenue cycle transformations.
  • Experience supporting end-to-end professional billing workflows.
  • Experience with charge capture, charge routing, claim generation, claim edits, and claims processing workflows.
  • Experience supporting integrated testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, and go-live readiness activities.
  • Experience providing onsite command center or go-live support.
  • Experience collaborating with clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders in a healthcare environment.
  • Previous healthcare IT consulting experience.
