Global Learning Content Designer

The Global Learning Content Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-impact, blended learning experiences that elevate ELEMIS’ expertise across skincare, treatments, sales and retail education. This role is responsible for creating engaging, brand-aligned content that supports commercial excellence and deepens product and service knowledge for global ELEMIS colleagues and partners within spa and retail. Working in close collaboration with Global Education, the designer ensures that all digital learning and training content reflects the latest brand messaging, treatment innovation and strategic priorities. With a strong focus on digital education and execution, this role is ideal for a content creator who thrives on cross-functional collaboration, instructional design and delivering education that enhances the brand’s presence and authority across online platforms. Operating Model Global Learning Content Designers are aligned to dedicated business functions to provide specialist content expertise while maintaining a consistent global approach to instructional design. Designers partner with stakeholders across People, Marketing Operations and Education to create high-quality learning content that supports both internal colleagues and external commercial partners.
