Job description
The Role
We're looking for a UX Designer / Frontend Developer who can own the design and implementation of user-facing experiences. You'll shape how people interact with complex performance data-turning dense metrics into clear, intuitive visuals. This is a hybrid role: you'll design in Figma and bring those designs to life in code.
What You'll Do
- Design intuitive interfaces for displaying benchmark results, system analytics, and performance comparisons
- Create and maintain a cohesive design system in Figma
- Build responsive, performant frontend components
- Collaborate closely with our engineering team to ship polished features
- Conduct user research and iterate based on feedback
- Balance aesthetic quality with technical constraints
What We're Looking For
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX design and frontend development work
- Proficiency in Figma (component libraries, prototyping, design systems)
- Solid frontend skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Experience with a modern framework (React, Vue, or Svelte)
- An eye for data visualization and information hierarchy
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for technical or developer-focused audiences
- Experience with Rust, Dioxus, and/or egui
- Familiarity with 3D graphics, game engines, or GPU pipelines
- Motion design or animation skills
- Experience with accessibility best practices

- Small team, big impact: your work will ship fast and matter
- Competitive salary and equity
- Flexible working arrangements
