Job description

We are recruiting a Mechanical Engineer – Solar Power Plant Project on behalf of our client, a global EPC & O&M provider delivering turnkey utility-scale solar power plants. As their project pipeline grows, this role will join the on-site execution team in Arad, supervising all mechanical installation works — mounting structures, trackers, and PV module installation — for a large-scale photovoltaic project.

This is a hands-on, site-based role reporting directly to the Site Manager, with strong involvement in execution, coordination, and problem-solving. You’ll ensure all mechanical works are executed safely, on time, and in line with IFC drawings, OEM manuals, technical specifications, and quality standards, coordinating mechanical subcontractors together with the civil and electrical teams.

  • Location: Arad (Grăniceri)

  • Full-time, on-site (CIM)

  • Approx. 2-year project, with extension potential based on pipeline & performance

If you’re ready to support one of Romania’s largest solar developments and contribute to the country’s renewable energy transition, apply now — let’s see if it’s a match.
