Job description

Supporting police, security, and military units worldwide in successfully using our immersive XR training systems. Ensuring that our solutions deliver real value, become an integral part of daily training routines, and elevate safety training to the next level.

  • Supporting training sessions, workshops, and enablement programs for instructors and system administrators
  • Analyzing usage patterns and identifying optimization opportunities
  • Collaborating closely with Support, Product Management, and Development to ensure smooth operational processes
  • Collecting customer feedback, driving improvements, and actively contributing to the ongoing development of our training solutions
  • Native-level German and very good English skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, training, consulting, or technical project management
  • Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and practical way
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven working style
  • Strong interest in innovative training methods and immersive technologies
  • Willingness to travel for business, including to security-relevant locations
