About Us -Pharmacy Freeman Siloam Springs Hospital Schedule: PRN What You'll Do Staff pharmacists actively coordinate daily, the provision of high quality comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patient of the hospital in compliance with federal and state legal regulatory accreditations and professional standards.
Communicates with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff regarding patient documentations and intervention outcomes. Requirement One of the following: Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy, a submitted application and fingerprinting for registration with the Arkansas Board of Pharmacy, or a current Arkansas Pharmacy Intern License.
