Team Lead, Software Development

We are hiring a Development Lead who combines credible software engineering or architecture depth with leadership and delivery ownership. The successful candidate will stay close to technical decisions, guide initiatives, and help lead a growing organization. This is not a project-management-only or administration-only position. Guide architecture, design, or coding decisions based on the candidate's strongest technical lane.

Lead delivery initiatives and help teams meet meaningful milestones. Translate technical choices for stakeholders with varied backgrounds. Coach team members and create an approachable working environment. Ask informed questions, explore unfamiliar areas, and make sound trade-offs. Partner across the organization and contribute to the role's growth. Demonstrated technical depth in software engineering or high-level architecture.

Experience working with Java and AWS, or Java with relevant transferable cloud experience. Experience leading people, technical work, or delivery initiatives. Evidence of direct involvement in architecture, design, or product technical decisions. Ability to explain technical contributions, decisions, trade-offs, and outcomes clearly. Demonstrated curiosity and motivation for the role.
