Software Engineer

Infor are seeking a Software Engineer who is passionate about developing high-quality, scalable software solutions. You will work closely with senior engineers, product managers, architects, QA engineers, and designers to deliver products that drive business value for our customers. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in collaborative, agile environments and are eager to grow technical and leadership skills.

As part of the ION Connectors team, you will contribute to a cloud-based integration platform within Infor OS and help build innovative capabilities, including emerging AI and agentic AI solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deliver software features aligned with business needs. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable Java code following best practices and Infor development standards.

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and daily stand-ups to ensure software quality and share knowledge. Create unit tests and support integration testing activities to ensure product quality. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and other technical issues Continuously learn and apply emerging technologies to improve product performance and reliability.

Document technical decisions, processes, and best practices to contribute to knowledge sharing across the team. Hands-on experience with Java development Solid understanding of software engineering principles, algorithms, and data structures. Experience with RESTful APIs and relational databases.
