Partner with brand, product marketing, content, creative, e-commerce, analytics, CRM, and web teams to improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience. Identify opportunities to scale repeatable paid media practices, tooling, reporting, and governance across the inMusic portfolio. Guide agencies, partners, or internal contributors where appropriate, ensuring campaign quality, clear priorities, and accountable execution.
Experience building and optimizing paid media programs across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, search, display, paid social, retargeting, or similar performance platforms. Strong analytical skills and comfort using measurement frameworks, reporting tools, attribution models, A/B testing, incrementality concepts, and campaign-level performance data.
Ability to translate performance insight into practical action plans that improve acquisition efficiency, revenue, conversion, retention, and ROI. Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, web/e-commerce, analytics, creative, content, product, and external partners. Budget ownership or budget pacing experience, with sound judgment around investment trade-offs and performance forecasting.
Clear communication skills, strong attention to campaign quality, and the ability to explain recommendations to both marketing specialists and senior stakeholders. Interest in music technology, creator tools, audio products, or the culture of music creation.
