This is your new job
As a Senior Engineer / Staff Engineer, Process Engineering, you will drive process development, optimization, and continuous improvement for Mid-End semiconductor manufacturing processes, supporting yield, quality, reliability, and productivity targets.
What will you work on?
Develop and optimize Mid-End manufacturing processes to improve yield, quality, and efficiency.
Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions for process-related issues.
Support new product introductions (NPI), process qualifications, and technology transfers.
Lead DOE, SPC, and continuous improvement activities.
Collaborate with Production, Equipment, Quality, and Product Engineering teams to ensure stable manufacturing processes.

Education & Experience
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Physics, or related disciplines).
Senior Engineer: 5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
Staff Engineer: 8+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
Experience in Mid-End semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Hard Skills
Must Have
Mid-End process optimization and process control.
Yield improvement and defect reduction experience.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA), DOE, SPC, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
Process qualification, characterization, and manufacturing support experience.
Nice to Have
Experience in Leadframe, Wafer Saw, Die Attach, Wire Bond, or related Mid-End processes.
Knowledge of FMEA, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Experience with automation, digitalization, or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Soft Skills
Must Have
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and drive technical decisions.
Nice to Have
Leadership and mentoring experience.
Project management skills.
Continuous improvement mindset.
