What We’re Looking For:
We're looking for a Performance Video Editor and Creator to join our team. In this role, you'll be the lead and central force behind every piece of video content we run in paid social. This isn't a support role. You'll own the craft, the creative thinking, and the connection between what you make and what actually performs.
You'll work closely with performance marketing and creative to turn ideas into videos, turn data into decisions, and turn winners into iterations- fast.
What You’ll Do:
- Edit and produce video creative for performance campaigns across paid social channels
- Generate video content using AI tools, including creating videos from scratch
- Take winning creatives and iterate on them quickly to extend their performance
- Come up with original creative concepts and ideas for performance-driven video content
- Think beyond the edit. Understand what drives results and adjust accordingly
- Own the full video pipeline as the sole video professional on the team
What You’ll Need to be Successful:
- 5+ years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio to show it
- Proven experience editing video for performance / paid social campaigns
- Hands-on experience generating video using AI tools
- A sharp creative mind. You don't just execute ideas, you bring your own!
- A genuine interest in business impact. You care whether the video actually works, not just how it looks
- A positive, passionate personality with real hunger. Your energy matches the ambition of the team and elevates those around you
- Bonus points if you have experience editing video for TV Commercials!
Working Conditions:
- Continuous work on a personal computer.
- Ability to work from home including stable internet connection.
- Ability to commute to Petach Tikva office twice per week. (Note: office will move to Ra'anana in the near future)
- Occasional international travel to headquarter office in Los Angeles.
