Job description
As a Sales Representative / Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in managing and strategically developing our existing customer portfolio while also acquiring new customers.
Working in close partnership with customers and prospects, you will develop a shared vision for the digitalization of processes in the care sector using myneva’s software solutions. The strong demand for digital solutions in the care industry, our performance marketing activities, our highly skilled consulting team, and pioneering product innovations provide an excellent foundation for your success.
With your ability to build strong relationships, maintain a high level of sales activity, and negotiate effectively, you will successfully close deals and contribute directly to our continued growth.
What you’ll do
- Strategically manage, develop, and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Identify, assess, and realize cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Acquire new customers based on leads generated by our high-performing Marketing and Telesales teams, while also building your own network to independently generate new leads.
- Independently present our innovative software solutions during customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events.
- Prepare proposals in collaboration with the Presales team and lead negotiations through to contract signature.
- Use and maintain our CRM system to capture and analyze customer data and manage sales processes.
- You have completed commercial vocational training or hold a degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a comparable field.
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in software sales, ideally working with social care organizations. You are experienced in both new customer acquisition and existing customer account management.
- You have excellent communication, consulting, and negotiation skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, integrity, self-motivation, and a strong commitment to quality are essential.
- Willingness to travel within Austria is required.
- You have excellent written and spoken German skills as well as good command of English.
