How will you power what’s possible? Job Summary Southwire’s Sales Rotational Program recognizes early emergent talent from recent college graduates and serves as a pipeline for future sales professionals across the organization. This program is designed to successfully develop future commercial leaders through a combination of diverse rotational assignments, targeted training, hands ‑ on experience, and continuous coaching and development.
As a participant in this multi-year program, you will gain exposure to multiple areas within Southwire’s commercial ecosystem, including Contractor Solutions, Specialty Channel Sales, and Retail Sales functions. Through these rotations, you will learn to execute sales strategies, strengthen customer and partner relationships, and understand the technical and commercial drivers that support one of North America’s leading manufacturers in the wire and cable industry.
You will gain on ‑ the ‑ job experience, customer-facing exposure, and cross-functional collaboration opportunities that prepare you for a full-time sales role upon program completion.
