🎭 The role

Organisation

  • Report to the Head of Marketing.

  • Join a Marketing team including another Growth Marketer focused on build/engineering, a Content team of 2, and external partners (SEA agency, Com & Community freelancer).

  • Daily collaboration with Content, Product, Sales and Ops.

  • Full-time position, hybrid, based in Paris or Marseille.

Missions

We are looking for a full-stack Growth Marketer who builds. Your north star is clear: generate traffic, leads, and signups, and convert them.

You're as much a marketer as you are a builder. You understand our persona, you're happy to call customers, and you know what message converts. And you turn those insights into reality yourself, shipping acquisition tools, automations and AI-powered experiences with low-code and AI.

Our model is not sales-led. We serve thousands of small organizations that sign up on their own, so growth works a lot like e-commerce acquisition: heavy on SEO, organic and content, reaching people one by one at scale. The difference is that you need to know our product depth to know exactly who to go after and what will speak to them. You will own growth across the entire funnel, including CRM and marketing automation.

This is not a pure RevOps / ops role, nor a pure paid-media role. It is a hybrid marketer-builder.

Responsibilities

  • Own acquisition across channels: paid with partners, social and affiliation, plus new acquisition levers you build (low-code, AI, programmatic and satellite/SEO pages, free tools).

  • Drive signups and conversion: optimize funnels (visits > leads > trial > signup), landing pages and conversion assets through A/B testing and CRO.

  • Own lead generation and nurturing that push visitors to signup and trial (content, lead magnets, landing pages, email sequences).

  • Own marketing automation and CRM for acquisition and activation journeys (lead scoring, routing, lifecycle). You make it yours, hands-on, as a growth lever, not as a systems admin.

  • Build growth tools with low-code and AI: client-facing experiences, automations, enrichment, programmatic approaches. We expect concrete, pioneering use cases, not yet another workflow.

  • Feed, prioritize and ship the growth backlog. Work self-serve on data to measure and iterate fast.

  • Contribute to scaling our acquisition playbook internationally.

  • Understand the persona deeply (interviews, user journey analysis)

πŸ”§ Required Qualifications

πŸ’‘: don’t forget Values & Leadership Principles

Profile

Required

  • 4-8 years in growth, digital marketing or performance marketing, in SaaS or e-commerce, ideally on a complex product (subscriptions, multiple offers, activation and conversion mechanics).

  • Both a marketer and a builder: a proven track record on acquisition channels AND hands-on building with low-code (Zapier, Make, Retool, Webflow or equivalent) and AI.

  • Real, pushed AI use cases you can demo: client-facing or growth tooling, in practice, not in theory.

  • Comfortable owning marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot or similar) as a growth lever, hands-on.

  • Persona and message sensitivity: you understand users and what makes them convert, and you are not afraid to talk to customers.

  • Data-autonomous in a self-service setup: you pull, read and prioritize without needing a data team to move.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Multi-market / international experience is a plus.

We are NOT looking for

  • A pure RevOps / ops profile (systems, back-office workflows only).

  • A pure media buyer with no build or messaging depth.

Desired traits

  • Builder at heart and doer: you ship, you iterate, you don't just design processes.

  • Analytical and data-driven, focused on performance and ROI.

  • Pioneer on AI: you constantly test new tools and integrate them into your work.

  • Autonomous, well-organized, strong project manager.

  • Curious, coachable, culture of efficiency.

Salary

Up to 70K€ depending on experience.
