Deliver quality work: Prepare engineering designs and documentation that align with VDOT standards. Lead by example: Support and mentor junior team members while upholding high technical standards. Stay ahead of the curve: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations. Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering (or related field) 4–8 years of hands-on experience in transportation design and/or project management PE license in Virginia or EIT with the ability to obtain PE within 1 year Familiarity with VDOT standards and project delivery processes Proficiency in MicroStation preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
