The Opportunity We're looking for a talented Director of DevOps to help shape the future of our Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform. Hands-on Azure experience is essential. What You'll Do Shape our DevOps & Platform Engineering vision — CI/CD, IaC, GitOps, and safe deployment practices Champion SRE culture — SLOs, error budgets, and a reliability-first mindset Architect and evolve our Azure infrastructure for scale, resilience, and performance Build world-class observability across metrics, logs, traces, and alerting Partner with Security and Engineering to keep our platform safe and compliant Own our DR strategy and Azure FinOps initiatives Most importantly — inspire, grow, and support a wonderful team of engineers What You'll Bring Deep Azure expertise (AKS, App Services, Cosmos DB, Front Door, Key Vault, and more) Strong Kubernetes, CI/CD, and IaC skills (Terraform, Helm, GitHub Actions) A solid SRE foundation — incident management, chaos engineering, reliability practices Security know-how: Entra ID, Zero Trust, IAM/RBAC, secrets management Observability fluency: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Elastic 12+ years in DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure, with 5+ years leading teams Experience running large-scale, mission-critical SaaS on Azure Why You'll Love It Here 5-day work week · Fun Fridays & cultural events · Annual bonus & recognition · 15 PL + 11 public holidays · Comprehensive family medical insurance · Learning resources & gaming zones Come lead, architect, and grow with us — we can't wait to meet you!
