Architect

Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, technical expertise, and project management. This role involves working closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure the highest standards of design and construction. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development of design concepts and detailed architectural plans.

Prepare and review drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements. Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and construction teams. Coordinate with field personnel to monitor construction progress and resolve design or technical issues. Stay current with architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Minimum 6 years of architectural design and/or project management experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD, or other architectural software. Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials. Excellent creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work within deadlines with minimal supervision.

Other Information This is a full-time, 40 hour work week position. Candidates should have their own laptop or desktop computer, any software license needed will be provided by the client.
