Job description

TYTAN Technologies The PACE is fast. The expectations are high. The contribution matters. Working at TYTAN is more than a job, this is a mission. We thrive, think big, and hold ourselves to the highest standard. Our mission and values guide everything we do, and we're looking for people who thrive on ownership, embrace challenges, and are energized by meaningful work.

If you're motivated by impact and thrive in dynamic environments, you'll fit right in. At TYTAN , we aim to set a global standard in autonomous air defense with AI-driven, cost-efficient systems that counter unmanned aerial threats at scale. We protect people. We protect critical infrastructure. We protect Europe’s sovereignty. We are seeking a Strategic Development Manager to shape how and where TYTAN grows.

This is not a quota-carrying sales role- it sits upstream of business development and owns the strategy behind our expansion: which markets to enter, which partnerships and acquisitions create long-term value, and how we position ahead of demand rather than reacting to it. The ideal candidate pairs sharp analytical and financial judgment with the operational discipline to turn strategy into executed outcomes, working directly with leadership on the decisions that define TYTAN's trajectory.

Your Roadmap to Make an Impact Develop and execute TYTAN's growth strategy — identify, evaluate, and prioritise new regional markets, customer segments, and expansion pathways, backed by data. Drive corporate development and inorganic growth — assess and help execute acquisitions, joint ventures, and investments, including the business cases and financial models behind them.

Architect and structure strategic partnerships with defense primes, industrial players, and technology partners that unlock access, capability, and scale. Own TYTAN's market and competitive intelligence across the C-UAS and air-defense landscape — threat evolution, competitors, budgets, procurement cycles — and turn it into clear direction for leadership. Build quantified business cases and help structure complex, multi-year commercial and framework agreements across engineering, finance, and legal.

Act as a thought partner to leadership, representing the growth agenda cross-functionally and externally.
