What will you be doing?
As our new SEO Executive, you’ll be working alongside our talented SEO Managers and Directors. You won't just be running reports; you’ll gain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and goals, helping us craft and execute killer organic strategies that drive real traffic and revenue.
Plus, we believe in doing great work without the burnout: you’ll enjoy a genuine 4-day work week, flexible hybrid arrangements, and a supportive team dedicated to your career progression.
What You’ll Be Doing
Working closely with senior SEO leads, you’ll be hands-on across all pillars of organic search, using human behaviour insights and cutting-edge tools to deliver outstanding work:
On-Page & Technical Optimisation: Conduct technical SEO audits using industry-leading tools and perform keyword research. Optimise website content, internal linking, layout, and user experience across client CMS platforms, ensuring new pages meet all SEO best practices.
Content & Search Experience: Develop, optimise, and elevate website content based on keyword research, audience needs, search intent, and client business goals. You'll optimise across both traditional rankings and emerging search experiences like AI Overviews and generative search.
Strategy & Performance Analysis: Execute organic strategies to hit traffic and sales targets. Perform deep analysis of rankings, on-page engagement, and performance to uncover high-value opportunities for clients.
Reporting & Quality Assurance: Quality-check all work before sharing, check performance dashboards and self-populating reports for accuracy, and help craft factually sound client reports.
Cross-Channel Collaboration: Partner with internal Paid Media and Digital PR teams to build your understanding across the broader search landscape. Share detailed keyword research and fresh ideas with your squad.
Client Engagement & Professional Development: Attend client meetings alongside senior colleagues to present insights. Proactively participate in human behaviour training, stay on top of search engine updates, and complete annual exams or certifications to keep your skill set sharp.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a curious, collaborative team player who takes pride in high standards and wants to grow:
Communicator: Expresses ideas clearly and professionally across internal teams and in client meetings, upholding agency values at all times.
Decision Maker & Responsible: Takes full ownership of allocated tasks, works effectively to deadlines and KPIs, and makes decisions that positively impact client work—knowing when to seek guidance on complex challenges.
Results & Quality Driven: Committed to high standards, meticulous QA checks, and ensuring every deliverable is accurate and effective.
Learning & Trend Focused: Proactively owns their continuous development, seeking feedback, taking courses, and staying ahead of evolving search behaviour and AI search experiences.
Collaborative Team Player: Listens to feedback, shares knowledge and keyword insights generously, and brings positive energy and fresh perspectives to the team.
What Success Looks Like
Developing a confident, well-rounded grasp of major SEO tools and delivering impactful recommendations across both technical and content SEO.
Earning great feedback from team leads and clients for delivering accurate, high-quality work.
Staying ahead of the curve on algorithm updates, search trends, and consumer behaviour insights.
