Job description

Lead Generation Coordinator

Company: BoxHouse / ReadyPod

Department: Revenue

Reports to: Head of Marketing

Location: Utah — Onsite in St. George or Salt Lake City office.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Level: Junior to mid-level individual contributor

About us

BoxHouse builds factory-built, foldable, steel-framed homes in Utah. ReadyPod takes those homes and keeps a fleet of them staged and stockpiled across the country, ready to lease the moment someone needs housing on the ground. Workforce housing developers. Disaster relief agencies. Hospitality operators putting heads in beds where there aren't enough rooms.

Homes, Standing By. That's the promise. Our job in marketing is to make sure the right people know the fleet exists before they need it.

The role

We're hiring a Lead Generation Coordinator to build and run the demand engine for the ReadyPod leasing fleet. You'll take brand and positioning direction and turn it into pipeline: outbound sequences, inbound capture, nurture, scoring, and the reporting that tells us what's actually working.

This role sits between marketing and sales and has to work for both. You'll be in sales' world constantly — riding along on the deal cycle, sitting in on pipeline reviews, hearing which leads went nowhere and why, then fixing the targeting and scoring so the next batch is better.

You will work directly with the marketing team to craft strategic campaign materials that work with the broader marketing plan while increasing conversion rates and generating qualified leads.

What you'll do

  • Own lead generation targets for the ReadyPod leasing fleet and the pipeline that feeds them
  • Build the outbound and inbound plan and direct it across sales and marketing teams — sequencing, territory and account targeting, inbound capture
  • Keep every campaign inside BoxHouse and ReadyPod brand standards and messaging
  • Run multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, web, social, events, direct outreach) from concept through reporting
  • Build and maintain email workflows, nurture tracks, and lead scoring models that route real opportunities to sales fast
  • Use Salesforce as the system of record: campaign architecture, lead and opportunity flow, data hygiene, dashboards, attribution
  • Manage the marketing automation stack and its integrations with Salesforce
  • Work shoulder to shoulder with sales: joint pipeline reviews, agreed lead definitions and SLAs, clean handoff, and honest feedback loops on lead quality in both directions
  • Equip reps with the sequences, templates, and collateral that actually get replies, and update them based on what's closing
  • Report on pipeline contribution, cost per lead, conversion by stage and source, and campaign ROI, with recommendations attached to the numbers
  • Test constantly. Kill what doesn't work. Scale what does.

What you bring

  • 3+ years in demand generation, lead generation, or growth marketing, ideally B2B with a considered sales cycle
  • Salesforce experience. You can build campaigns, reports, dashboards, and flows without waiting on an admin
  • Marketing automation experience (Pardot/Account Engagement, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar), including workflow and lead scoring design
  • Track record directing outbound and inbound programs across teams, not just executing tactics
  • Ability to work with sales. You've sat in pipeline reviews, taken the "these leads are garbage" conversation without getting defensive, and fixed it
  • Comfort with data. You can tie spend to pipeline and explain the gap when the numbers don't line up
  • Clear, direct communication. You can write a campaign brief and a follow-up email that sound like a person wrote them
  • Willingness to learn our customers' worlds: construction schedules, emergency response, extended-stay lodging

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with government and agency procurement cycles (RFPs, FEMA, state emergency management)
  • ABM experience
  • Paid media management across LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic

Why ReadyPod

We're early enough that your work is visible and late enough that the product is proven and deploying in the field. You'll have budget, tooling, a marketing team that gives real feedback, and a sales team close enough to tell you within days whether what you built is working.
