Job description

About sunday

At sunday, we're on a mission to reinvent hospitality, starting with how guests experience every moment at the table. With just their phone, guests can browse the menu, order, pay, tip, and leave a review in seconds. Behind that simplicity lies powerful technology built for the industry: from QR codes and smart payment terminals that save servers time, to real-time guest insights that help teams elevate every shift.

We're growing fast across Europe and the US, staying obsessed with one thing: creating the best possible experience for our customers. Our culture is hands-on, ambitious, and relentlessly focused on impact. We move fast, think big, and never settle for “good.”

If you're hungry to build the future of hospitality and scale something extraordinary, you'll feel right at home at sunday.

About the role

We are hiring a Global Sales Enablement Manager, US to build and lead sunday's global Sales Enablement function, initially focused on the US and expanding across the UK and France.

You'll own the enablement strategy, roadmap, operating model, content system, performance measurement, and AI-enabled tooling that help sellers ramp faster and perform better. This is a hands-on manager role: you will work directly with Sales Directors and the US GTM organization while building the foundations of a high-performing global function.

You will initially operate as a scrappy builder and executor, then hire and develop the enablement team as the function scales. You will own the end-to-end training lifecycle, from needs analysis through delivery and performance measurement, and connect enablement to sales performance, process adoption, data, tools, and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Build the foundations of sunday's global Sales Enablement function across the US, UK, and France.

• Own the enablement strategy, roadmap, operating model, and prioritization framework, linking programs to ramp timing, quota attainment, conversion, win rates, and sales productivity.

• Design and scale onboarding paths, playbooks, coaching cadences, certification programs, and internal training across markets.

• Build and govern a centralized enablement content and knowledge system, ensuring materials are accessible, adopted, and kept current.

• Own the enablement measurement system and report on the impact of programs through ramp time, quota attainment, conversion, win rates, sales productivity, and manager leverage.

• Partner with Sales, CS, Product, Operations, Data, and Systems to embed enablement into process, tooling, and product launches.

• Drive practical adoption of AI-enabled tooling for content creation, coaching, knowledge management, and seller productivity.

• Recruit, hire, and develop the initial enablement team, establishing clear roles, operating rhythms, and standards as the function grows.

• Collaborate with local Sales and CS leaders to tailor global programs to market needs while maintaining consistent standards.

• Act as an internal consultant on enablement, process adoption, sales tools, and commercial performance, iterating continuously based on field feedback and business results.

What success looks like

After 30 days, you will have built trusted relationships with Sales Directors and market leaders, assessed the current enablement gaps across the US, and set a focused roadmap for the first four months.

After four months, you will have established a repeatable enablement operating rhythm, improved onboarding and coaching infrastructure, created a measurable content and training system, delivered early improvements in seller ramp and productivity, and begun building the team and tooling needed to scale globally.

About you

Must-haves

• 6–8 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, revenue operations, or high-performing B2B software sales.

• Experience building and scaling onboarding, coaching, training, content, or enablement programs.

• Scrappy, hands-on, and comfortable building from incomplete information without waiting for perfect conditions.

• Credible with Sales Directors and senior commercial stakeholders, with the judgment to give a clear point of view.

• Analytical and data-driven, able to connect enablement activity to measurable business outcomes.

• Strong communicator and facilitator who can make programs simple, practical, and easy to adopt.

• AI-first: uses AI daily and has built AI into training, coaching, content, and seller productivity.

Strong preferences

• Experience in restaurant technology, hospitality technology, payments, POS, ordering, or a related category.

• Experience selling to or supporting sellers serving restaurants, hospitality businesses, or other fast-moving local operators.

• Experience with sales coaching, onboarding, call reviews, mock pitches, roleplays, objection handling, or certification programs.

• Experience working in a Series B–D or similarly fast-scaling company.

• Familiarity with sales tools, call-recording platforms, CRM reporting, and sales methodologies.
