About the Role We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our customers ship and scale accounting and financial data integrations. Apideck's Unified APIs cover accounting, ERP, and financial systems, and our customers are Vertical SaaS and Fintech companies building on top of them.
You'll own onboarding, adoption, and retention for a portfolio of these accounts, and you'll be the person who understands both the API and the accounting workflow behind it.
