Job description
OVERVIEW This role reports to the Solutions Engineering Team Lead as well as the Director of Application Development. Senior Solutions Engineers (SEs) at TransPerfect are passionate about product development, and building large scale, high availability systems. DESCRIPTION Handle Services Desk and Operations Escalations Act as escalation contact for internal and external parties Assist with data migration with pre-defined utilities and processes Build database scripts for reporting and billing Execute production server maintenance and new version deployments for applications Build large scale, high availability systems for Enterprise Life Sciences Clients Complete all other tasks that are assigned for this role by the manager/supervisor.
