Job description

The Account Manager is the person a client calls first and trusts most. You own a portfolio of named accounts: you run their meetings and business reviews, write and send their quotes and change orders, coordinate their renewals, and stay accountable for the commercial relationship from the first conversation through acceptance and everything after it. Account Managers here specialize.

Some carry our managed IT clients. Some carry managed security, the ongoing side of physical security: maintenance agreements, intrusion monitoring, and the systems we keep running long after the install crew leaves. Some carry projects, the structured cabling, security installs, and IT work that arrives as scoped jobs with a start and a finish. Tell us where your experience sits and we will talk about the right fit.

What separates a good Account Manager here from a great one is expertise. You are expected to know your clients' businesses better than anyone else at Unió Digital: what they do, how their industry works, what is coming at them over the next two years, and where technology can take them somewhere they could not otherwise go. We do not hard sell. Clients keep us because we find the thing that is actually broken and fix it, and because we tell them what is coming before it breaks.

On larger accounts the work gets longer-range. You build and maintain the client's technology roadmap, keep it current as their business changes, and get multiple stakeholders, the owner, the operations lead, the finance seat, sometimes a general contractor or a parent company, pointed at the same plan. Those engagements run for years, not quarters. The published range is the base salary, with commission on top.

On-target earnings run to $110,000.

Responsibilities:

Own a portfolio of named accounts and act as the client's single point of contact across everything Unió Digital does for them Run regular client meetings and Client Business Reviews (CBRs): prepare the material, present the findings, agree the actions, and follow them through to completion Write and send the quotes for your clients, and bring in an estimator or engineer when project scope needs a technical cost basis Raise and send change orders when scope moves, and keep the commercial terms straight between the client, the project team, and finance Own the commercial relationship through acceptance: contract terms, renewals, and the coordination with operations and finance that makes them land on time Build and maintain the technology roadmap on larger accounts, and keep multiple stakeholders aligned on plans that run for years Become the expert on your clients and their industries: know their business, know their pressures, and know where we can take them next Identify and progress expansion opportunities: additional services, new sites, more users, and the next phase of work the roadmap already implies Keep the account record honest in HaloPSA, Quoter, and the Unió platform so the rest of the company can see what you see Qualifications: 3+ years in account management, client success, or consultative B2B sales, ideally in managed IT, physical security, low voltage, or a comparable technical services business Enough technical fluency to hold a business review with a client's operations lead without a technician in the room, and the judgment to know when to bring one Demonstrated ownership of commercial documents end to end: quotes, change orders, renewals, and the terms inside them Able to run a multi-stakeholder conversation and get an owner, an operations lead, and a finance seat to agree on a plan that spans years Genuine curiosity about how other businesses work; you will be expected to learn your clients' industries, not only their technology A consultative instinct: you ask what is broken before you talk about what we sell Comfortable in the systems that carry the work: a PSA, a quoting tool, and a business review platform (we run HaloPSA, Quoter, and our own platform) Eligible to work in the U.S.; based in or relocating to Tucson, AZ; able to travel across Arizona to client sites
