About Featurebase We're building the AI customer support platform for product-led SaaS, helping modern teams like Lovable, Raycast, and n8n deliver great support across every channel.

As one of the fastest-growing startups in this space, we're looking for an SEO & Content Lead to own and scale our content and SEO engine. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves writing, understands SaaS products, and gets a kick out of watching rankings climb. You'll own everything from content execution to building backlinks and keeping our top posts fresh and performing.

Quick TL;DR about us: 100% remote - no office or commute Small team, currently based in the EU Async work with very few meetings Profitable, growing fast, and fully bootstrapped What you'll do Own and scale our content engine - manage the blog, refresh existing content, and double down on what is already performing Become our product and industry expert and write well-researched articles, comparisons, and tutorials Own and execute our SEO strategy across keyword research, content briefs, optimization, tracking, and iteration Grow our online authority through high-quality mentions, backlinks, outreach, and collaborations Expand our presence across relevant sites, review platforms, and Reddit threads Stay ahead of the AI curve by understanding how large language models surface and cite content Bring your perspective on how to create the best educational content for product, support, and engineering teams Who we're looking for This role comes with a lot of autonomy as well as responsibility.

We're looking for a manager of one who matches the following: You enjoy writing and educating others, and can write engaging copy You value end-to-end ownership across keyword research, writing, publishing, freelancers, and backlinks You have native-level written and spoken English You are independent, resourceful, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves Preferably based in a European time zone to overlap with the rest of our team Bonus points: Experience in product marketing or a strong desire to learn Experience in early-stage, product-led growth environments What we offer We're a small, driven team, and we value our people.
