About the Team

We are looking for a motivated Development Engineer - Valves (m/f/d) at our home base in Augsburg. This is a rare opportunity allowing you to be involved in demanding development efforts that are supported by parallel test campaigns allowing us to close short-iteration development cycles at fast pace. You will work in a dedicated, dynamic and international environment that aims for excellence by creating high-performance engineering solutions while keeping production costs at an absolute minimum.

Your Tasks

Design various fluidic components and valves
Develop components from concept, through detailed design and production support to testing and integration
Define and maintain requirements with a strong focus on system-reliability
Create CAD models and manufacturing documentation of components and assemblies
Collaborate with the production, testing and AIT teams
Resolve non-conformances

Your Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related discipline
2+ years of professional experience in the design/development of valves. Student team experience and internships are considered a plus
Good CAD skills (Siemens NX or other)
Self-starter with minimal input
Extremely proactive and always looking for the “what can be done next”
Exceptional problem-solving abilities
Structured way of working
Business level English
