- Designing, implementing, and maintaining the Data Acquisition System (DAQS) for a rocket engine test stands
- Selecting and integrating sensors (pressure, temperature, flow, etc.)
- Programming control and data logging software (LabVIEW, Python, PLCs, etc.)
- Developing test procedures, checklists, and safety interlocks
- Supporting test operations: system arming, countdown, engine ignition, and shutdown
- Ensuring safe operations, telemetry reliability, and real-time visualization
- Analysing test data and preparing reports for engine performance and health
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Aerospace Engineering (M.Sc./M.Eng.) or similar
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience
- Experience with NI Hardware is an advantage
- Hands-on knowledge of LabVIEW, Python, or embedded control systems
- Familiarity with rocket engines, test stands, or cryogenic fluid systems
- Background in test automation or real-time systems
- Work experience in a start-up environment is an advantage
- Safety-conscious mindset and the ability to work under pressure during live tests
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in both German and English
- Work experience in a start-up environment
