We at Coforge are hiring a Systems Validation & Certification Engineer to support software certification and validation activities on cloud-native platforms. The role focuses on system validation, test execution, platform configuration, documentation, defect management, and automation development to support application certification and lifecycle re-validation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze application requirements and certification criteria.
• Create and execute validation and certification test plans.
• Validate applications running in Kubernetes-based environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot platform, networking, and deployment issues.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and reusable validation assets.
• Document configurations, test evidence, and certification results.
• Identify, analyze, and track defects using Jira and related tools.
• Collaborate with development teams, platform engineers, and external partners.
• Support continuous improvement of validation and certification processes.
• Participate in technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Scripting experience using Python.
• Experience with system testing, validation, or certification processes.
• Experience using Git and source control repositories.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create technical documentation and test reports.

 

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-native platforms.
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Pytest or Robot Framework.
• Understanding of High Availability (HA) environments.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with GitOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
