We believe in automating the mundane and investing in our employees helping them grow their careers over time. We strive for innovation and want to develop solutions that we can take pride in and help break through some of the barriers that exist in technology and the government sectors today.

  • Configure and use GCP operational tools for monitoring, logging, and alerting so service levels and performance targets are met.
  • Troubleshoot issues across infrastructure, networking, GKE, and pipelines, and produce architecture diagrams, runbooks, SOPs, and compliance artifacts.

Minimum qualifications...

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline, or 10 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 6+ years setting up, configuring, and using GCP operational tools to meet service levels, performance targets, and compliance requirements.
  • 3+ years of hands-on engineering with GCP core services, including advanced troubleshooting across infrastructure, networking, GKE, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with Compute Engine (Red Hat Linux and Windows), GKE, Cloud Run hosting Python services, and GCP IAM, including Workload Identity Federation.
  • Strong proficiency with Terraform, including reusable modules, and with CI/CD tools such as Cloud Build or GitHub Actions.
  • Experience working in environments governed by federal frameworks, including producing architecture diagrams, runbooks, SOPs, and compliance artifacts.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation (Public Trust).

Preferred qualifications...

  • Active Public Trust.
  • Current Google Cloud certification, such as Associate Cloud Engineer or a Professional-level certification.
  • Experience supporting federal government programs, especially federal health.
  • Knowledge of regulated environments: FedRAMP, HIPAA, NIST 800-53, CIS benchmarks.
  • Understanding of zero trust principles, boundary protection, segmentation, and secure data flows.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and with Red Hat OpenShift.
  • Experience creating and maintaining VM images and remediating vulnerability scan findings.
