As a Marketing Lead at Enza Zaden, you will independently lead marketing projects across multiple markets, from initial concept and content creation through execution. Your work will support sales targets, strengthen our brands and bring relevant campaigns closer to customers.

Make a difference as Marketing Lead

As a Marketing Lead, you will develop and execute tactical marketing plans based on regional priorities, market insights and commercial objectives. You will work closely with regional and local Marketing, Sales Management, Product Management and the Global Marketing Communication team. You will also collaborate with creative agencies and connect directly with customers during events and field activities.

You will be based in Warsaw, Poland, and support marketing activities across the country. The role includes regular domestic and international travel.

In this role, your work will include:

  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns, events and promotions across multiple subsidiaries;
  • Independently managing marketing projects from initial concept through content creation, implementation and performance evaluation;
  • Translating product, customer and brand strategies into relevant communication plans and campaign ideas;
  • Coordinating agencies, ensuring that deliverables meet the agreed brief, timeline and quality standards;
  • Collecting and using market intelligence while maintaining marketing systems and digital tools related to promotional activities;
  • Supporting less experienced marketing colleagues by sharing knowledge, providing guidance and contributing to their development.

The role operates in complex and competitive markets, with different products, customer groups and cultural contexts. You will focus on commercial priorities, new business development and demanding customer needs, while creating enthusiasm for your ideas and promotions.

You will report to the Regional Marketing Manager and manage project-related expenses within the agreed marketing plans.

What you bring as our future colleague

As a Marketing Lead, you combine creativity with a structured and analytical way of working. You can turn market and customer information into clear campaign ideas and relevant content. You communicate confidently across cultures, build effective working relationships and take ownership of your projects.

In addition, you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business economics or a related field;
  • More than five years of relevant marketing experience;
  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, events or communication projects;
  • Strong analytical, digital, organizational and content-creation skills;
  • Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken;
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
